Reflector structure

I.SO Italia high-pressure lamps feature reflectors made in a special reflecting alloy that ensures constant characteristics and resistance to heat stress. The rectangular shape of the reflectors also avoids the natural overlapping of radiation that occurs with spherical reflectors, giving better diffusion of rays.
The new ER technology patented by I.SO ITALIA allows lamp power to be reduced, optimising the tanning process by ensuring a uniform diffusion of UV rays, and also partly reducing the heat produced by the lower powered lamp. Changing lamps is now also easier, with the introduction of a quick-fit connection for high-pressure lamps.

Dimensions of tubes and lamps

The tubes and lamps installed have standard dimensions, allowing them to be replaced with commercially available lamps with the same characteristics.

Filter guarantee and reliability

The cobalt filters are manufactured under I.SO Italia license, and are checked and brand-marked, certifying their guarantee and reliable performance. Personalized filter production permits a series of combinations that make it possible to create emissions corresponding to the different types of UV specified by applicable standards.

Light sources with the I.SO Italia brand

To ensure maximum performance with the components used for the construction of machines, the use of original I.SO Italia low-pressure and high-pressure lamps is recommended.
The quick-fit connector system of the Evolution Light series facilitates lamp replacement, helping to cut operating costs.
